* We ship through USPS by weight. Shipments are placed Mon-Fri during USPS business hours.

Processing time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Depending upon your shipping selection shipping time can take 7-10 days. Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

* We also have an option for pick up for customers who have purchased an order and live locally. Please present your email confirmation to avoid any mix ups at time of pick up. To set up a time please call/message us at 765-365-4885 or email us at handcraftedbeeneu@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of our hygiene products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if after placing the order you feel the need to cancel an order please contact us within 12 hours and we will be happy to cancel an order that has not been processed.
